AspenWealth Fiduciary Services (“AspenWealth”) is designed to protect the wealth and privacy of affluent individuals engaged in legitimate business, personal and professional activities.

AspenWealth will not knowingly provide services to any party whom AspenWealth has reason to believe will now or in the future be subject to claims of tax evasion, money laundering, racketeering, trafficking in prohibited substances or any other criminal activity. Moreover, AspenWealth will not knowingly be a party to any transfer which is a civil or criminal Statute of Frauds violation, a violation of commercial commerce laws or any other illegal activity.

To that end, individuals who choose to engage AspenWealth must agree to a background check and asset disclosure prior to AspenWealth performing any services on that individual’s behalf.

Such background check may include but not be limited to: verification of domicile and residence, passport etherification and verification, certified copy of birth certificate, affidavit of solvency, criminal background investigation, credit bureau report, audited or CPA verified business and personal financial statements, proof of marriage or annulment. AspenWealth reserves the right to further investigate and seek explanation for any additional facts or information AspenWealth may deem necessary in determining the individual's suitability for engaging AspenWealth.

Individuals engaging AspenWealth's services must agree to hold its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, and assigns harmless for any investigation of that individual by any authority: state, federal, or international, civil or criminal.

AspenWealth reserves the right to disengage from a client for that client’s failure to adhere to the standards enumerated above.

IT IS THE INTENT OF ASPENWEALTH TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO AFFLUENT INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A LEGITIMATE INTEREST IN THE PROTECTION OF THEIR PRIVACY, PERSONAL OR BUSINESS ASSETS, AND TO FORM BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL STRUCTURES THAT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS TO ACCOMPLISH SUCH A DESIRE.
